Terms of Use

1. The agreement

DreamLook (the “App”) is operated by Future AI Studio, an independent developer based in India. Using it means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old, and between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live) only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

2. What you get, and what it is not

The App previews hairstyles, colours and related changes on your own photos, using third-party AI services reached through our servers. Every result is an AI approximation for entertainment and visualisation only — it can differ significantly from reality, it is not professional, cosmetic or medical advice, and we are not responsible for decisions made from it. Consult a stylist before doing anything permanent. The App and its results are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not guarantee accuracy, realism or uninterrupted service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• DreamLook PRO is an optional auto-renewable subscription, sold as Weekly (1 week) or Annual (1 year). The price is shown in the App in your currency before you buy, and that price is the one that applies.
• Renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation. It renews automatically unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and the charge lands within the 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Trials and introductory offers. Any free trial or introductory price, and how long it lasts, is shown in the App at purchase; the plan renews at its standard price afterwards. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy, trials are one per user, and daily fair-use limits may apply during one.
• Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, under Apple's policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.

4. Your photos

You keep full ownership of the photos you use. You give us a limited, temporary licence to transmit and process a photo solely to generate the result you asked for, and — if you report an image — to store and review that reported image for moderation. Photos are not stored on our servers after processing and are never used to train AI models. You must have the right to use any photo you submit.

5. What you may not do

• Upload a photo of anyone without their consent, or one you have no right to use.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or obscene material, or create content that deceives, harasses or violates someone's rights.
• Work around security, subscription requirements or usage limits, or use bots and scripts against the App.
• Use the App for anything unlawful where you are.

We may suspend or end access for any of the above.

6. Ownership

The App — its design, code, branding and style catalogue — belongs to Future AI Studio and its licensors, and may not be copied, resold or reverse engineered except where the law allows. The Apple and App Store marks and the Google Play badge belong to Apple Inc. and Google LLC, are used unmodified under their brand guidelines, and imply no endorsement. The App relies on Replicate, Google Firebase and RevenueCat, each governed by its own terms.

7. If you downloaded from the App Store

• This agreement is between you and Future AI Studio, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App, its support, and any claim about it — including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual-property claims.
• Your licence covers Apple-branded products you own or control, as the App Store Terms of Service permit.
• If the App fails to meet an applicable warranty you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on a U.S. list of prohibited parties. Apple may enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

8. Liability, law and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of data or goodwill; our total liability cannot exceed what you paid us through the App in the previous twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of India after a 30-day good-faith attempt to settle informally. We may amend the terms — the date at the top moves when we do, and continuing to use the App means you accept them.

9. This website

• Prices shown here are indicative. They are in US dollars for guidance and can be out of date; the price at the moment of purchase in the App Store or Google Play governs. Prices vary by country, currency, tax, store and promotion, and the two stores are priced independently. We never take payment on this website.
• The imagery is illustrative — screenshots and before-and-after examples made with the App. Your own results will differ.
• Using the site. Do not copy, scrape or republish its text, images or design, do not probe or overload it, and do not present it as an association or endorsement that does not exist. It is provided “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Links to the App Store, Google Play and elsewhere are outside our control.
